SHIPPING POLICY:
*All shipping will be flat rate USPS. The fee will be added to your order and is non-refundable. Small Flat Rate Boxes: $4.95 Domestic Priority Mail, $11.45 International Priority Mail to Canada or Mexico, and $13.45 to all other countries (4 lb weight limit applies for International).
*For International orders other than Canada, please send me your order via email to make sure proper shipping is added to your order.

*Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for delivery of small custom pieces and up to 4-6 weeks for larger, more intricate pieces or special custom order pieces.
*All purchases of $100 or more are insured during shipping.
*If you need a piece by a certain time frame, please contact me via email and let me know the requirement. I will contact you within 24-48 hrs to let you know if your request is reasonable and what the additional costs will be.
RETURN POLICY:
*Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order, except for custom orders. (Date received = date USPS delivered it)
*Returns are at your own expense and refund will consist of cost of order minus shipping fees and $5.00 restocking fee.
*Items must be in new condition and have not been marred.
*If there is a sizing error that is of no fault of the customer, the item can be returned at no expense to the customer and the choice of a full refund or product adjustment can be requested.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
*If you change your mind about a purchase, please email me ASAP so that I can cancel item(s) before they are shipped.
*A full refund will be issued, if purchase has not shipped. If it has already shipped, it will be treated as a return. (Please reference the policy on RETURNS.)
