BBG PRIVACY POLICY
At Bass Bead Gallery, your privacy is important. Any information received will be used solely by BBG in preparation of your order. Your information will not be sold by BBG to anyone.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders from BBG are sent USPS Priority Flat Rate. For International customers, other than Canada, please send me your order via email with the items you would like to order, quantity of each, and an email address to send your invoice to. Upon receiving payment your order will be processed. Send email orders to: [email protected]

PAYMENT
BBG accepts Google Checkout and PayPal as methods of online payment. PayPal payments must have a Confirmed Shipping Address. Orders will be processed as soon as payment is received. Most orders require up to 1-2 weeks for delivery because each piece is made custom at the time the order is processed. For more intricate or special ordered custom pieces, order may take up to 4-6 weeks. Time frames may be longer if being shipped Internationally.

TRACKING
Tracking will be added to all U.S Mainland, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada orders over $50.00 at no additional cost. Orders to all other International locations will be charged additional fee for tracking, which will be shown on your invoice. If your order does not fit either of these two situations, please send me an email to let me know you would like tracking added, but be advised there may be a fee that will be added to your order for the tracking.
